inova\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa Indura, parte do Grupo Air Products, aspira a ajudar a ind\u00fastria de bebidas a reduzir o uso de pl\u00e1sticos na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de garrafas PET.<\/p>\n<div href=\"https:\/\/www.thebeertimes.com\/la-historia-de-las-cervezas-nitrogenadas-ciencia-y-futuro\/\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"52\">nitrog\u00eanio l\u00edquido<\/a>, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel desenvolver recipientes mais leves e com as mesmas propriedades de resist\u00eancia e manuseio.<\/p>\n<p>Andrea L\u00f3pez, engenheira de desenvolvimento de neg\u00f3cios para os mercados vitivin\u00edcola e de alimentos da Indura, explica: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Um dos desafios mais importantes que a ind\u00fastria de envase enfrenta, junto com a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de sucos, bebidas e \u00e1guas, \u00e9 a necessidade de contribuir com a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do meio ambiente por meio de uma embalagem mais sustent\u00e1vel que gere menos res\u00edduos ou material recicl\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>A t\u00e9cnica \u00e9 baseada na r\u00e1pida gasifica\u00e7\u00e3o e capacidade expansiva do nitrog\u00eanio: basta injetar uma \u00fanica gota de nitrog\u00eanio no interior da embalagem para pressuriz\u00e1-la, proporcionando rigidez confort\u00e1vel para manuseio e armazenamento, bem como para paletiza\u00e7\u00e3o e transporte posterior \u2014 mesmo que a embalagem tenha sido projetada com espessura menor para minimizar o uso de pl\u00e1sticos.<\/p>\n<p>O g\u00e1s \u00e9 fornecido a partir de um tanque ou equipamento de armazenamento criog\u00eanico (a -196\u00b0C) e transportado por uma linha de alto v\u00e1cuo at\u00e9 um equipamento dosador que, configurado em determinada velocidade e dura\u00e7\u00e3o de inje\u00e7\u00e3o mais o apoio de um sensor de detec\u00e7\u00e3o de garrafas, permitir\u00e1 adicionar de forma controlada a quantidade de nitrog\u00eanio desejada, detalha a especialista.<\/p><div id=\"thebe-457209856\" temperatura entre o nitrog\u00eanio l\u00edquido armazenado a -196\u00b0C, o ambiente e a temperatura do l\u00edquido no interior da garrafa causar\u00e1 uma r\u00e1pida mudan\u00e7a de fase do nitrog\u00eanio, gerando um volume de g\u00e1s 700 vezes maior do que o tamanho da gota injetada \u2014 que, ao ter press\u00e3o positiva, proporcionar\u00e1 \u00e0 embalagem fechada maior resist\u00eancia \u00e0 deforma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de contribuir para a economia de custos de material e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, a t\u00e9cnica tamb\u00e9m se aplica ao envase de molhos, iogurte, caf\u00e9 mo\u00eddo, snacks, latas e muitos outros. Em geral, qualquer produto que necessite aumentar a press\u00e3o interna de seu recipiente de armazenamento.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo as Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, entre 19 e 23 milh\u00f5es de res\u00edduos pl\u00e1sticos v\u00e3o parar em lagos, rios e praias.<\/p>\n<p>No Chile, das 990 mil toneladas de pl\u00e1stico geradas por ano, apenas 83.679 toneladas (8,5%) s\u00e3o recicladas. 17% do pl\u00e1stico reciclado \u00e9 de origem domiciliar e mais da metade corresponde a garrafas PET.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Os efeitos da pressuriza\u00e7\u00e3o de garrafas com nitrog\u00eanio nos permitir\u00e3o reduzir a quantidade de pl\u00e1stico necess\u00e1ria para fabricar cada embalagem, diminuindo o volume de res\u00edduos ou material para reciclagem, promovendo o desenvolvimento de garrafas mais leves, com custos de mat\u00e9ria-prima e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o inferiores.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>O g\u00e1s utilizado pela Indura neste processo \u00e9 de grau aliment\u00edcio, alta pureza, livre de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, qu\u00edmica e microbiol\u00f3gica, atendendo a altos padr\u00f5es internacionais.<\/p>\n<div id=\"thebe-2938921539\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-9395258998211551\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;
